Every member of our board of directors is a leader who has made significant contributions to our association.
Board nominations occur annually and are voted on by the membership.
STAFF
Mike Berk
Executive Director

As Executive Director, Mike is responsible for managing the association’s overall operations/staff and is responsible for the implementation of LCAR’s Strategic Plan. He serves as the Professional Standards Administrator for the association and is the Director of the Real Estate School. Mike is LCAR’s point person on government affairs and oversees the administration of LCAR’s political action committee. He represents LCAR on the local, state, and federal levels amongst government entities and community organizations.

Tracy Matroni
Director of Member Services & Professional Development

As Director of Member Services & Professional Development, Tracy is responsible for coordinating LCAR’s educational courses and the overall management of the Real Estate School of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. She also oversees the application process for all incoming LCAR members and assists the membership with SUPRA access, provides support to Bright MLS, and handles all membership-related inquiries. Tracy is the point of contact for Education, SUPRA, Bright MLS, and membership support.

Tracy also serves as the Executive Director of the Keystone Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Laura Haines
Director of Communications & Member Engagement

As Director of Communications & Member Engagement, Laura is responsible for all association communications and for LCAR’s growing social media presence. She actively engages with members to enhance the membership experience and streamlines association updates to membership throughout the calendar year. Laura also serves as LCAR’s liaison for press relations, association news, and media inquiries.

Olivia Bevensee
Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant, Olivia is responsible for assisting LCAR Staff in daily operations and association events throughout the calendar year. She is the first line of contact for members when they reach the office and serves as a liaison for all members seeking association services.
In addition to office management, Olivia organizes LCAR's C&I Council as well as the association's Professional Standards department. She also oversees the mediation program that LCAR offers.
