2024 LCAR Annual Awards

Each year, members of the highest esteem are recognized at the LCAR's annual membership luncheon, a prestigious event that celebrates their outstanding contributions and achievements. We are delighted and honored to recognize the 2024 award recipients below, individuals whose dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment have left an indelible mark on our association and community.

2024 LCAR Realtor of the Year

Christina Diehl, Coldwell Banker

A passionate and experienced Realtor® with over 15 years of experience, Christina always held an interest in the real estate industry. Raised in Lititz, PA, she developed an early interest in real estate investments, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in real estate full-time. Her pursuits motivated her to educate young women on financial literacy, resulting in Christina publishing her first book, MoneyGirl in 2020.


Christina’s commitment to the industry has made her an active member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors®. She has served on LCAR’s Government Affairs Committee for ten years along with serving on LCAR’s Board of Directors for six years. This has led her to serve as LCAR’s 2024 Secretary before she moves to the role of LCAR’s President-Elect in 2025.

In addition to the association, Christina also acts as the Chair of Lancaster’s CRIZ Authority after serving on their board for six years.



Fun Fact: Outside of real estate, Christina can be found country line dancing in her free time.

2024 Affiliate of the Year

Dan Ranck, Homesale Mortgage


Dan Ranck is an experienced mortgage professional who has been serving the industry since 2003. Over the years, he has held various roles, including Loan Officer, Recruiting and Training Manager, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager.

Dan’s exceptional performance in mortgage origination has garnered him Chairman’s Club recognition in 2020 and 2021 for outstanding production.


Beyond his work in the mortgage industry, Dan is deeply involved in his community. He participates in various networking and social groups and is a committed volunteer with Junior Achievement, where he provides financial education to students in the Manheim Central School District. Dan is also an advocate for local charities and community service initiatives.



Dan has been an active member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors®  (LCAR) for 14 years, contributing to committees focused on communications, member engagement, and newsletter development. He has also been involved in LCAR’s key events, such as the TLC and PAC receptions.

2024 Distinguished Service Award

Donna Giovingo, Berkshire Hathaway HomeService Homesale Realty

Donna grew up in Hampton Bays, Long Island, and started working at 16 at her local mom and pop drug store where she became the manager and where she honed her strong customer service and management skills. In 2005, she relocated to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with her husband Michael and now two adult children. Her husband Michael suggested she get her real estate license since she loved talking to people. Donna pursued a career in real estate, earning her license in 2006 and joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty and quickly establishing herself as a trusted agent in the area.


Donna is deeply committed to her community. She has been an active member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors' (LCAR) for 18 years and has been the Chairperson for the Community Partnership Committee for 10 years helping to support TLC/Tenfold and end homelessness in Lancaster County. She is passionate about giving back and volunteers in various other capacities with fundraising for several organizations, including organizing blood drives throughout the year and serving as an usher now at Saint James Episcopal Church.


In her free time, Donna enjoys walking her beloved Labrador, Charlie, spending time with friends and family, and visiting the beach. She is an avid reader and has a special fondness for romcoms, Disney and Harry Potter and playing games. A self-proclaimed lover of dark chocolate, and tequila, she enjoys the simple pleasures of life and continues to nurture strong connections with those around her.

Volunteer of the Year Award

In memory of Elaine Vehovic

Tim Keller H.K. Keller


Tim Keller is a seasoned auctioneer and Realtor with extensive experience in real estate and auctions. As the leader of HK Keller, a family business established in 1960, Tim combines industry expertise with a dedication to delivering outstanding results for clients. He holds prestigious designations, including Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS), and Auction Marketing Management (AMM). As a Realtor, he also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.


A respected educator, Tim teaches at the Certified Auctioneers Institute, where his clear and practical instruction helps professionals master the auction process. He has served as president of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association and contributes to the industry through leadership roles and committee work with the National Auctioneers Association.


Outside of work, Tim is a dedicated family man who values quality time with his wife and children. He finds inspiration in travel, especially frequent visits to Disney World, where he draws creative ideas to enhance customer experiences. Known for his integrity and passion, Tim is committed to excellence in both his professional and personal life.

LCAR Scholarships

Each quarter, the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® demonstrates its commitment to supporting its members by providing scholarships that enable them to further their education and skills in the real estate industry. These scholarships are a testament to the organization's dedication to fostering professional development and excellence among its members.

The Michael Mastros Memorial Scholarship

In memory of LCAR Board Member Michael Mastros, the Michael Mastros Scholarship awards an LCAR member $350 for any professional designation course or Broker Series offered by The Real Estate School of LCAR. B y offering financial assistance for educational pursuits, Michael's legacy empowers its members to stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ultimately enhancing their ability to provide top-notch service to their clients.

The Michael Mastros Memorial Scholarship is presented quarterly by LCAR's Community Partnership Committee. Applications are reviewed and distributed at the end of each fiscal quarter.
