What We Do
LCAR is an advocate at all levels of government on behalf of consumers and Realtors for balanced growth, the protection of property rights, affordable housing at all price points and Realtors remaining at the center of the real estate transaction. As an active participant on regulatory bodies, LCAR addresses equal housing opportunity and land development uses.
As a registered political action committee, LCAR-PAC serves as the political fundraising arm of the Association. The purpose of LCAR-PAC is to support local and state candidates for elected office who demonstrate a commitment to the goals of the Association.

Since its inception in 1917, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR) has been deeply involved in providing buyers and sellers with knowledgeable, ethical and competent agents.
